Reproduction of the print Netherlands delivered from three tyrants, 1578. Alva sleeping on the throne beside the bodies of Don Juan and Requesens. On either side a jester with a miniature of Alva's statue and Father Time. To the left on horseback Matthias, to the right William of Orange. At the top the personifications of Dignity and Virtue with a leaping horse. With inscriptions in Dutch and French.
