Satirical print on the delegation of 23 patriots arriving at the town hall of Rotterdam to force the dismissal of some Orangist councilors, 23 [=3] April 1787. The members of the delegation, numbered 1-23, are walking up the steps of the town hall. In front of the steps, two shooters as keeshonden dogs with cannons.
