New Year's greeting of the Amsterdam night watch (ratelwacht) for the year 1846. Oval depiction of the IJgracht with the old Maritime Training School on the Buitenkant (Prins Hendrikkade), with two members of the night watch. With a verse in two columns. On behalf of the night watch in quarter No. 3 of the 4th Section of the Police of the city of Amsterdam: J.H. Rust, F. Hilders, J. van Breevoort, and G. van Es.
