Album (IV) with reddish half-leather and red-marbled board, spine with ribs and title in gold stamping. Gold-gilt top edge. Herein 115 mounted drawings of mammals and quadrupeds and 1 print of a giraffe skeleton in the Cape Province (and one from Australia). Drawn for or during four expeditions from 1777 to 1780 and from 1785-1786. Belonging to a series of 4 volumes with different subtitles.
