About this work
A man with an exposed upper body sits in a round hut; in front of him a fire burns; two servants try to ward off a pair of charging demons with bow and arrow, two fallen demons lie in the foreground. The image is framed by a simple black frame border set off with two white frame lines and along the outer edge a broad red-painted border on which a few gold frame lines are still faintly visible.
