Portrait of Albertus Henricus Wiese (1761-1810). Governor-General (1805-08). Knee-length, seated in a chair, facing right with a marshal's baton in the right hand. The facial features modeled after a miniature portrait painted by Joseph Gillis in Batavia. Part of a series of portraits of the Governor-Generals of the former Dutch East Indies.
