Jacquard woven ribbon with abstract floral design of red and green stylized flowers encircled by curling yellow vines on black ground; wide yellow band with repeating design of black curling vines. Fabricated in St. Etienne, France between 1850-1900. From the Merci Train or Gratitude Train from France.
