About this work
Dish of porcelain with round wall, painted in underglaze blue and on biscuit green, yellow, aubergine and black. On the flat in an incised medallion two pearls chasing dragons between flames and clouds; on the wall flower branches (e.g. lotus, peony, prunus, chrysanthemum); the back with dragons. Marked on the underside with the six-character mark of Emperor Kangxi in a double circle. Two old labels on the underside with 'N*317' and 'W057'. Four cracks in the wall. Email sur biscuit.
