About this work

Bell-shaped cup and saucer of porcelain, painted on the glaze in blue, red, pink, green and black. On the ground of the saucer a medallion with flower branch; around it alternating three times a lotus plant and three medallions with chrysanthemum scrolls reserved in a blue ground; the rim with a band of lacework alternating with a flower scroll in a cartouche. The cup with the same decoration. Famille rose.
