About this work

Bottle-shaped porcelain vase with a pear-shaped body and a narrow, slightly flaring neck, painted in underglaze blue. On the belly a band of linked, shaped cartouches with lotus scrolls. Above and below narrower bands with scrolls. Between the three bands loose flowers. On the neck lacework with shaped cartouches with scrolls cut out. On the rim and around the foot a band with hatching. Marked on the underside with an artemisia leaf. Blue and white.
