About this work
Porcelain ewer with a pear-shaped body, C-shaped handle, and curved spout connected to the neck at the top, painted in underglaze blue. On the belly two landscapes, each containing one or two standing people among rocks and flowering plants. The shoulder features a decorative band and pointed leaf motifs. The neck has a band with flowering vines. The spout and handle are decorated with flowering vines. A decorative band around the foot. A hole on top of the handle for a mount. Arita, blue and white.
