A soldier on guard, full-length, facing right, taking a musket (a specific type of firearm) from his left shoulder with his right hand (no. 35), ca. 1600. In his left hand, besides the butt of the musket, a fork (musket fork) and a burning slow match. This is the same position as the one shown on the third print of the series.
