The image warns against Spain and the Pope who abuse the peace in the Truce to gain advantage in the Jülich-Cleves question. The Pope, the Emperor and the King of Spain rock the nations of the Netherlands, France, England and Germany to sleep. In the background on the right Prince Maurice and the Dutch Lion warn, in the middle Spinola with a fishing net full of conquered cities.
