Two girls from North Holland. The seated girl has received a bouquet of flowers and a box of sweets from an admirer. Part of a bound edition of the series of twenty-four plates of Dutch national costumes in the Kingdom of the Netherlands at the beginning of the nineteenth century by Maaskamp, 1829.
