Bookbinding of red leather for "Orde der Testen, zoo als dezelve jaarlijks op de Feestdagen En over het Lijden van Christus voor Paasschen In de Hervormde Gemeente van Amsterdam, gepredikt worden. The book is gilded on the edge decorated with a stamped wave band within a straight border. The binding has five ribs, the resulting compartments have a gilded flower in the middle. Front and back covers are decorated with intertwined leaf and fruit vines with a flower in the four corners. The copper clasps bear in relief a Louis XVI vase.
