Napkin of linen damask with a victory in the Turkish wars. The symmetrically doubled pattern shows four scenes: 1 A city with towers where a cross is raised, surrounded by a round cartouche, flanked by a female figure with a key in her raised hand. 2 A soldier with helmet and buckled shoes pierces with a lance a man falling to the ground with a turban and scimitar. 3 A marshal on horseback gallops toward the center. He is gaitered and spurred, has a bandolier over the justaucorps, wears a wig and a wide-brimmed hat. Inscription: CAROLUS TRIUMPH. 4 (Halved) A fortified city at the foot of a high hill. Standing borders: a vine-wrapped trunk with trophies between them. Lying borders: a city with cannons pointed at it.
