About this work

Armchair made of mahogany, resting on four legs. The tapering front legs on casters continue into the arm supports and are inlaid at the top with circles of ebony. The angled rear legs support the armrests and the hollowed back posts, which are inlaid at the top with circles of ebony. The seat, backrest, and side panels are upholstered in tripe in green, red, purple, yellow, and brown.
