About this work

Hat of cream silk gauze and narrow ribbon. A gaze de lisse that is used flat and pleated, to which a satin hem is woven at the edges, very small picot trim. Horseshoe-shaped wire frame to be worn on the front of the head, frame of brass. Gaze de lisse in puffs and in a standing brim decorated with five narrow satin ribbons. Pleated strips hang down in double rows from the front.
