Japanese strip of black bobbin lace with waves of C-scrolls and flower clusters

Petticoat strip of black bobbin lace, Chantilly lace. Pattern with waves of C-scrolls and flower tufts. The motifs are connected to each other by a grid ground, a tulle ground. The motifs are made in net ground with contour threads around the motifs. The shell border along the underside is finished with picots. The upper side of the strip is finished with a separate bobbin-made band with a narrow strip of tulle with above it a double row of circles. One short side is finished with a hem.
