About this work

Insert of natural-colored bobbin lace. The pattern consists of a central line of closed diamonds, with one open diamond placed closely next to the next. The diamonds are connected by a mesh ground. The motifs are worked in linen stitch. The top and bottom edges of the strip are finished straight. The short sides are finished with a hem. The insert is from or intended for bed linen.
