About this work

Insertion of natural-coloured machine lace: machine Valenciennes lace. The repeating and continuous pattern consists of a wavy line, which runs in the middle over the length line of the narrow strip. The line is made in linen stitch with openwork edges on both sides and is connected to a machine square Valenciennes ground, from which the rest of the strip consists. Top and bottom side of the strip are finished straight.
