About this work
Insert of natural-colored bobbin lace. The pattern consists of a regularly wavy narrow middle line with a loose oval under each wave crest and in each wave valley. The motifs made in linen stitch with openwork edges. They are connected by a lattice ground, a five-hole ground. Top and bottom of the strip are straight finished, the underside provided with picots. The insert is from or intended for bed linen.
