About this work

Doily of natural-colored bobbin lace. Round model. In the center the doily consists of an open network of large hexagons made in leaf-shaped shaped stitch and double braids with picots. Around this center lies a wide border with a hexagonal lattice ground, through which long braids are worked radially, creating at the outer edge of the doily a border of twenty fan-shaped scallops with lobes finished with picots.
