About this work

Baptismal gown of batiste with embroidered tulle inserts and three bands of eight gathers each. Model: medium-length gown of batiste. The front of the bodice consists of tulle inserts and batiste gathers. The puff sleeves have a standing tulle insert. Straight, closed, gathered skirt with two inserts. A narrow fabric belt is attached at the side seams. Gown finished with lace along the hem, neck and sleeves, type Valenciennes and Lille.
