Pouch or knottepong of linen, embroidered as a sampler with cross-stitches in multicolored silk

Pouch or knotted bag of linen, embroidered as a sampler with cross-stitches in multicolored silk. Model: square, with an opening at the top. At the top, a border with holes through which a new(?) green cord passes. Around the holes, a thin metal eyelet attached to the linen with different colors of silk in buttonhole stitch. Lined with plain linen. Decoration: Front: vase with flowers, with one hanging down on either side. Bottom left, a ship with sailors; bottom right, the letter C and a figure next to half a tree with a bird on a branch. The other half of the tree is on the back of the pouch. Back: the same vase with flowers as on the front, also with a hanging flower on either side. Next to this on both sides, a rosette-like motif in which eight birds are depicted in pairs. Bottom left, the other half of the tree with birds. Next to this, the letter L and to the right of it, a ship with sailors. Above the holes, a row of figures standing two by two next to the holes.
