Strip of needle lace with concentric circles around a densely worked dot

Strip of natural-coloured lace embroidery: reticella in open needlework technique. Geometric pattern with squares built up from four small squares. In the large square two concentric circles around a worked dot. The festooned inner circle is set with picots. Along the outer circle various triangles. The top side is finished straight. On the underside a border of the unfinished linen weave is still visible.
