About this work

Strip of natural-colored bobbin lace, Binche lace. On a ringed snowflake ground stands a running pattern. On a wavy vine grow two cup flowers and a 'horn of plenty' beginning at a leaf bud with a cluster flower, which in volute leaves, with these forms the shells. The top side of the strip is finished straight. The shell border along the bottom side is finished with picots.
