About this work

The bodice and puff sleeves are made of a wide flounce, the scallops directed upwards. Two loose hanging front panels are made of a wide strip, the scallops turned inwards. Deep scallops of ribbon work with a grid pattern and hanging campanes show as a closure a peony rose hanging under an asymmetrical rocaille, also filled with a grid pattern. In the scallops stand stems rising to the right with anemones and lilacs. The ground is scattered with small flowers. Point de gaze de Bruxelles.
