About this work
Collar of natural-colored Venetian needle lace "gros point". Large round model, composed of two round collars, of which the smallest is described here: on an open ground of picoted spiles stands a full floral decoration, which grows over broad S-vines and sometimes covers them. The flowers are large, richly subdivided and varied exotic flowers, such as symmetrical palmette flowers with mosaic fillings and feathered leaves.
