About this work

Flounce of natural-colored appliqué lace, bobbin lace applied on machine-made tulle. In the upper half some scattered flowers are interrupted by an ascending swaying twig with three types of flowers. The border is filled with flowers and uninterrupted scalloped bandwork, laid in the form of foam crests of rolling waves. Connected by a bow is a twig with a sea rose.
