About this work

The lid contains a mirror and two nail sets. The lining is of moiré silk. The lid bears the initials J.M.S.S. The whole is packed in a foul weather cover, also bearing initials. Two keys present. Contents: clothes brush, brush, comb, two round flacons, oval flacon, cylindrical flacon, rectangular flacon, toothbrush flacon, all with guilloché purple enamel lids and gilded rims.
