Travel case with the monogram of Queen Emma

The case is foldable forward and to the side with a red leather interior. On the right side a secret drawer can be opened with an awl. Key present. Contents: one rectangular, two round, and two square flacons; on foldable trays four rectangular flacons and two oval flacons; a toothbrush flacon, all with gilded silver lids with engraved crowned monogram E; two gilded screw-on candle holders; two loose crystal feet not fitting in the case for candle holders; pencil and pen holder (William Mitchell's selected and Geo W Hughes Ajusto no 10375); two ivory brushes and a leather wallet; a drawer with contents: two scissors, mother-of-pearl needle, tortoiseshell needle case, napkin holder, gold ear spoon, 3 pocket knives, thimble, tongue scraper, tortoiseshell nail set, button hook, awl, file and corkscrew. In the lid are a removable mirror with a contoured gilded rim with a crowned monogram E also provided with a patented stand and a leather writing case with loose leaves.
