About this work
Chair of elm, beech, and cherrywood with a rush seat. The front legs, the H-shaped cross, and the four stretchers are turned; the front legs have a sunk and flattened foot. The back is slightly hollowed, the upper rail curved, the middle rail provided with rectangular openings.
