About this work
Bergère of white painted beechwood. The furniture is upholstered, has a loose cushion and rests on conical fluted legs, above which are square houses with rosettes. The profiled S-shaped armrest supports merge into the scrolls of the armrests. These have cushions and are connected to the round, slightly constricted at the starting points, frame of the hollowed back. The back frame and seat rails have a punched ornament of narrow acanthus leaf, which is wrapped around a rod. Stamped: A.P. Dupain.
