About this work

Strip or insert of natural-colored Genoese bobbin lace. The repeating pattern consists of two vertical lines with a circle between them. In the circle is a mirrored fan shape. Work is mainly done with braids using a lighter and darker thread. The vertical lines run from top to bottom across the width of the strip. The top and bottom edges of the strip are straight-finished.
