About this work

Chemisette of white cotton batiste embroidered with wildflower bouquets and small knots, trimmed with a narrow strip of Brussels lace. Model: triangular and slightly scalloped. Composed of three parts: two front panels, a back panel. Seam center over the shoulders. Provided with two cotton laces on each side, which are tied under the arm. Decoration: entirely knotted and interspersed with wildflower bouquets of different sizes and composition. Trimmed all around with a pearl border with a knot surrounded by small openings. Trimmed around the neck and center front with Brussels lace with knotted ground and scalloped edge.
