About this work
Strip of needle lace: Venetian relief lace with thick festooned circles. Pattern with various lying flowers in a row on a vine. The motifs are connected to each other with few picoted spijlen. Decorative stitches, including diamond stitch, in the flower hearts and in some petals. The very flat scalloped edge is finished with picots. The top edge of the strip is finished straight.
