About this work
Insert of natural-colored bobbin lace. The repeating pattern consists of triangles made in linen stitch, alternating along the top and bottom of the strip and connected by an openwork diagonal band of picoted braids. On the opposite side of each triangle are two narrow arrowhead-shaped motifs made in buttonhole stitch with three ribs. On both sides the strip is finished with a double braid with a zigzagging braid in between.
