About this work
Pixis of gilded copper and champlevé enamel. The body is cylindrical. The conical lid has a circular opening at the top. The lid is hinged to the body and has a closure on the opposite side, with two eyes on the body into which a pin can be inserted to close it. The lid is decorated with a vine motif ending in three flowers. The body features a spiral leaf ornament. Only traces of light and dark blue enamel and gilding are visible.
