The chased object consists of a bowl and a lid attached by a hinge. The foot and the conical wall of the bowl are decorated with a chased and punched motif repeated six times, consisting of a border decorated with quatrefoils and a rosette, and a stylized decoration applied to the recessed area in which an opened pod and a rosette can be recognized. The border decoration of the lid corresponds to this arrangement. It consists of a six-times repeated flat division of a circular segment with a tangent circle. The latter is decorated with a motif consisting of a stylized opened pod. The remaining fields have a decoration of stylized leaves or insects. The spherical elevation has a decoration consisting of six repetitions of an outwardly rounded oval, with a stylized decoration of a pod, leaves, and a rosette.
