About this work

Jug of stoneware on a stand ring with a pear-shaped body and wide neck. The C-shaped handle is attached to the neck and shoulder. Partially covered with cobalt blue and manganese purple. The jug is decorated with an incised cross above a heart between floral scrolls. The floral scrolls consist of incised stems and printed and applied flowers in relief. Westerwald.
