About this work

Stoneware jug on a ring foot with a pear-shaped body with four flattened sides and a wide neck. The C-shaped handle is attached to the neck and shoulder. Partially covered in cobalt blue. The jug is decorated with four times an incised flowering plant in a compartment surrounded by flower vines. The jug has been broken. Lahntal, Westerwald.
