About this work

Silver medal, obverse: an antique warrior in combat with three opponents, behind him the un-helmeted Dutch Maiden sitting with pike with liberty cap and horn of plenty, leaning on an altar with bible against which the coat of arms of Harlingen, with edge text, reverse: seven lines of text under a war trophy hung with garlands.
