About this work
The lock is decorated with floral and leafy vines with a mask and a putto, partly in bas-relief, partly engraved and bears a signature. The two barrels are mounted one above the other. The stock has a groove on both sides, with space on one side for the ramrod. The iron furniture includes, among other things, a pierced, curled screw plate and the butt cap with a cover plate with a chased mask.
