Liquid Compass

Fluid compass with accessories in a gimbal ring in a wooden box; the fluid is lost, the glass is corroded from the inside, the rose is entirely covered with an opaque layer, the lid of the box is missing. At the bottom of the box is a locking device for the boiler. In the boiler is a smaller inner boiler for the fluid and the rose; the bottom of this inner boiler is flexible so that the fluid (alcohol) can expand with rising temperature. The outer boiler has a round hole with a slide at the bottom. A leveling device can be placed on the glass. The compass is further equipped with a screwdriver, a small bottle in which reserve alcohol was kept, and a small funnel for filling.
