About this work

Model of a wood stove or steam box with a double bottom for bending planks, on a baseboard. It is a long, curved box in which two levels have been installed. One of the long sides, in which small doors have been installed, is bulged. Iron beams have been placed on the floors of both the lower and upper compartments. The box has a sliding door with a tackle for the upper compartment on one short side; the door for the lower compartment is missing. On the other side stands a boiler with pipes to the two compartments; under the boiler, below ground level, is a furnace door.
