Model of a Dredger

Model of a dredging barge with dredging frame installation. The frame with a long stem is operated with a winch; the tackle runs through a block on a two-legged derrick. Under the derrick a crane beam, which presumably serves as a lever support. The capstan on the foredeck was used for the propulsion of the barge with the anchor; three mooring posts at each end and rings on the deck along the long sides.
