Model of a Mainmast with Metal Futtock Chains

Model of a crosstree mainmast with top, masthead, and the middle section of the foreyard, on a round base. The mast is constructed according to the Seppings method. The yard consists of chains running from the yardarm over sheaves on the sides of the mast upwards, where they are operated with tackles hanging from the masthead. The stay of the yard is wrapped around the mast over a clamp. Scale 1:20 (scale on model).
