About this work

Sabre with scabbard. The sabre has a copper hilt and openwork side guards. Marked: VOC M 1781 (VOC, Chamber of Middelburg). The blade is curved and has a narrow blood groove, 4/5 length. Front guard and double knuckle bow with a thumb ring. Wooden grip.
