Caliber pistol by G.H. van Nouhuis

Calibre pistol, part of a pair, with a damascened octagonal barrel rounded at the end, featuring a small sight bead; the barrel bears the mark 'TOURRY à LIEGE' in gold-colored letters. The wooden stock has an inlaid gold-colored oval. A flat iron lock plate with engraved shell and floral motifs. The iron cock is entirely decorated with incised floral bouquets and curling motifs. The wooden stock has an incised rocaille grip with vertical grooves alongside; the iron butt plate features an engraved shell surrounded by wavy motifs, with an iron ring hanging from the stock. An iron ramrod is located under the stock.
